When you send invoices to your customers, you have the ability to manually set or change the "status" of your invoices. You can change the status on both "draft" invoices and invoices that have already been sent.
If an Invoice Has Already Been Sent
- Navigate to the Payments app in your iHeart Business dashboard.
- From the top navigation bar, select Invoices.
- You will see all of your current invoices listed. Locate the invoice that needs to be modified, then click the vertical ellipses (three vertical dots) icon and select View Invoice Details from the dropdown menu.
- On the Invoice Details page, select the vertical ellipses (three vertical dots) icon on the top-right corner of the page, and select Change Invoice Status from the dropdown menu.
- A pop-up window will appear. Select the status that you would like to change the invoice to, then click Change Status.
If an Invoice is Still a Draft
- Navigate to the Payments app in your iHeart Business dashboard.
- From the top navigation bar, select Invoices.
- You will see all of your current invoices listed. Locate the invoice that needs to be modified, then click the vertical ellipses (three vertical dots) icon and select Delete Draft from the dropdown menu.
