The Contacts page displays all your contacts in one place, but the rest of the client's details can be found in their individual profile page.
Click a contact's name to view their full profile. Here, you can see the full story, as well as take quick actions like updating their profile or adding new history items, tasks, or even uploading files like a project photo or invoice PDF.
Quick-Action Buttons
Contact profiles have quick-action buttons that enable you to call, text, email, or charge contacts by navigating to their iHeart Business Payments customer profile. The charge button will be enabled when there is a iHeart Business Payments customer profile associated with the contact.
Contact Info and Details
On the left-hand side of the Contacts profile, you’ll see contact information such as their name, phone, email, their organization, who they’re assigned to within your business, and more. These Contact Info and Details sections are standard on every contact’s profile, and the fields within these sections cannot be added or removed. However, you can fully customize additional sections and Contact fields using the Contact settings page. Learn how in this support guide.
Sales Dashboard
If the contact that you’re viewing has an associated iHeart Business Payments profile*, you’ll see a Sales dashboard appear on the top-center of their contact profile. This will list out their total sales, total transitions, and contact rank. Filter by date range to update these metrics, or select See All Sales to navigate to the full Sales tab.
*These sections will only show sales data from iHeart Business Payment forms or the Shop App.
Notes
Select the Notes tab to view internal notes about the Contact. Click + Add Note to create a new note in this section. When you create a note, it will also appear in the main History log on the History page.

Add a new task to a contact using the + Add Task link. Filter, search, or export tasks via the Tasks navigation bar. Delete or edit tasks using the overflow menu to the right of the task.
To mark a task as completed, click the checkmark to the right of the task. You can also de-select a checkmark to revert a completed task to an uncompleted state.
Red icons on a task will indicate that the task is flagged as Urgent.
You’ll see the task name, start/end date, and status within the Tasks table.

In the Projects table you’ll see the project name, estimated completion date, estimated value.

Quickly find out which lists the contact belongs to under the Lists tab. Here you can see a quick snapshot of the CRM Lists they've been added to, and the Email Marketing Lists they've subscribed to.
Sales
View a contact’s order history, view their top-purchased products of all time, and see more transaction data within the Sales tab and the Sales dashboard. This section will only appear for customers who have sales data*.

History
The History tab is where you’ll see recent History associated with that contact. This gives you a good idea of what actions have been taken for this contact by anyone within your business.
You can also automate your history by clicking the "three-dot" icon, then selecting Sync Your Emails. Follow the directions there to automatically add any emails to this contact to your CRM history.
