The Reports page in the iHeart Business CRM provides insights into the contacts stored in your CRM, and how you're interacting with them. Understanding these reports can be a powerful tool to help you identify anything from bottlenecks in your sales process to communication issues with your customers.
Filter By Contact Details
Use the filter drop down menu near the top left corner of the page to display contacts. You can use a combination of the filters to view stats for very specific segments of your contacts.
Assigned To | Display only contacts assigned to specific user(s) |
Contact Status | Display only contacts with specific contact statuses |
Contact Type | Display only contacts with specific contact types |
To re-set your filters, simply click the Clear All button at the bottom of the filters drop down menu and re-load the page.
Filter By Date
Use the date filters near the top right corner of the page to focus on a specific time period. You can set the dates yourself using the calendar or use a pre-set option like 'last week' or 'last 90 days'.
Remember, your filters all work together! By selecting both a date and contact filtering options, you're using them both at the same time. Get creative here to gain insight into lots of different details about your contacts.
Using Chart View or List View
You can choose to display your data with straight-forward lists or color-coded graphs. Just click ⋮ icon near the top right corner of each panel to switch between List View or Chart View.

The Total Contacts panel displays the total number of contacts, as well as date they were added. You can hover over any portion of the graph to view the number of contacts in your CRM on that date.

The Contacts by Type panel gives you totals and percentages of each contact type. The Contact types you create in your CRM allow you to organize your CRM by creating labels that can be assigned to contacts.

The Contacts by Status panel displays your contacts broken down by their contact status. Statuses can be assigned to your contacts at any point to help provide context to how they're doing at that very moment.
Contacts by Source
The Contacts by Status panel shows you the total number and percentages of each contact source. Contact sources are used to track any place that brings you new contacts.
Other Reports

The Projects by Status panel gives a breakdown of your overall projects broken down by their status. Deal statuses provide insight into the current state of a deal that you're working.
Deals by Status
Similar to Project Statuses, the Deals by Status panel gives you totals and percentages of your CRM deals by their status.
Communications Logged
The Communications Logged panel gives you a breakdown of the ways you and your team are communicating with your contacts.
Adding New CRM Options
If you're viewing your CRM Reports and you find that you'd like to add a new contact types, statuses, sources, or programs, just click Settings from the page menu at the top of the page, then select the appropriate CRM setting from the left sidebar navigation.
Tie It All Together
Say, for example, you manage a team of account managers and you'd like to see how they're communicating with their customers over the last month. You could filter your contacts by assignment to see just those assigned to one of your account managers; Steve. Next, select the 'last 30 days' date filter. Now that you're viewing only Steve's contacts and focused on just the last month, scroll to the Communications Logged panel to view a breakdown of Steve's communication with these contacts. If Steve has been slacking, we'll leave that up to you.
