If you manage a sales pipeline, use deals in your iHeart Business CRM to keep track of the different deals you're working with statuses that make sense for your business. The Deals page tracks potential sales with customers and allows you to add internal communication to keep track of the status of the deal, add sub-tasks to the deal, etc.
Filtering, Sorting, and Searching Deals
Filter deals by the team member they were assigned to, who they were assigned by, or deal status using the Filters drop-down menu.
Sort your deals alphabetically by title, by the date created, value, payment status, or estimated close date using the arrows next to the column name at the top of the page.
Search your tasks for a specific term by using the search bar.
Adding a New Deal

1. Find the deal on your Deals page and click the ⋮ icon and select Convert Deal to Project.
2. Choose who to assign the project to.
3. Select a project status.
4. If needed, enter a completion date.
5. Select whether or not you'd like to delete the deal after it's converted to a project. Depending on the amount of deals in your sales pipeline, this could be a good option to remove clutter.
